My sister was going to a Rave and wanted something fun painted on her so of course she called me and we got stared. I used a Black eye liner pencil, silver liquid eye pencil, Gliter & Hairspray.
The Black eye liner was used to draw the pattern on and all that was was curls done all over in a somewhat pattern. The Sailver pencil was then used to do highlighting. just on parts I wanted to stand out.
I then used a liguid glited and smeered it on. When dry Spray with an arisol hairspray to set it and you should be fine while you wear it.
